KCB and NBK staff jet off to Africa Cup of Nations

KCB Bank Kenya and National Bank of Kenya have chosen to honour 25 of their staff members with a unique opportunity to attend the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, which started on January 11 in Cote D’Ivoire.

This rewarding trip is a recognition of their outstanding performance in the ‘Form ni AFCON’ staff incentive campaign, specifically for the sale of general insurance policies underwritten by Old Mutual Insurance.

The delegation, which also includes some staff from Old Mutual, has departed for a fully sponsored 6-day stay in the West African country.

NBK Managing Director George Odhiambo stated, “We are excited to send our top sales team to Ivory Coast for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the African Cup of Nations tournament.”

Both KCB Bancassurance Intermediary and NBK Bancassurance Intermediary teams seek to deepen their presence in the insurance sector by distributing existing and new insurance products.

In addition to witnessing a live match at the continental showpiece, the team will explore prominent cultural sites and engage in team-building activities.

Old Mutual General Insurance Managing Director Japeth Ogallo said, “This reward program is a stepping stone to further deepen our partnership and expand our insurance offerings to a broader customer base.”
