NCBA rewards customers in deposit call drive

NCBA Group has concluded its three-month Deposit Mobilization Campaign, aimed at boosting the lender’s overall customer deposits by rewarding customers for bank deposits as well as current and savings accounts opening.

The campaign culminated in a grand draw where the winners were awarded various prizes, with the grand prize of Kes1,000,000 going to a lucky couple.

The campaign, which featured weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly draws, awarded three winners across different categories. Tirus Mwithiga, Group Director of Retail Business at NCBA,  said the bank remains commitment to empowering customers to achieve their financial goals.

He highlighted the campaign’s effectiveness in promoting financial inclusivity and responsible saving habits among customers.

Since the launch of the campaign, several customers have been rewarded with prizes ranging from Kes20,000 to Kes500,000 on a weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly basis. Overall winner, Mr. Minazali Manji, expressed gratitude for the award, stating that it would enable them to give back to the community by building a community hall.

The couple lauded NCBA for its role not only as a financial service provider but also as a partner.

The Deposit Mobilization Campaign was part of NCBA’s initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention efforts. The bank continues to expand its branch network to enhance its outreach and provide innovative solutions to its customers, further solidifying its position as a leading financial institution in the region.
