The Summit is organized by the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and Hesabika, a Christian organization that pushes for value-driven economic and social transformation of Kenya.

It provides an opportunity for directors of both local private and public entities to enhance their good governance and leadership skills. The Summit comes at a time when local companies are faced with challenges resulting from poor corporate governance that has seen some entities crumble as a result.
