The Group received the Top 100 Gold Mark of Excellence Award during the CIO100 Awards 2025, underscoring its strong corporate performance and industry leadership. This corporate recognition was followed by several individual accolades across the organisation, celebrating outstanding professionals who continue to champion excellence in their respective fields.

Among them is Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Njeri Jomo, who was named the Most Inspirational Female Leader in Kenya at the Abojani Economic Empowerment Awards 2025 and also awarded CXO of the Year at the CIO100 Awards 2025.
Alma Olela, Head of Customer Experience at Jubilee Health Insurance, was honoured as CX Leader of the Year at the CX Africa Awards in South Africa, while Lydia Gathoni, Manager for Robotics, was listed among the Top 100 Digital Adoption Professionals 2025 by DAPP100.
The CIO100 Awards further recognised Group CIO Julius Orayo and Group Head of Forensics and Information Security Jack Njuguna, who emerged as first runners-up for CIO of the Year and CISO of the Year respectively.
In Tanzania, Jubilee Life Insurance CEO Helena Mzena was ranked among the Top 4 CEOs, and CFO Hillary Godson was named CFO of the Year in the Top 100 Executive List Awards 2025.
