Healthcare services insurance company Jubilee has scooped Organization of the Year award at this year’s Women on Boards Network (WOBN) celebration. 

The award recognizes Jubilee Health’s commitment to achieving gender parity in leadership, fostering a gender-friendly workplace, and implementing transformative policies that support both women and men in balancing professional and family responsibilities.

Additionally, Jubilee Health Insurance chief executive Njeri Jomo was celebrated as the CEO of the Year 1st Runners-Up with the network acknowledging her transformative leadership and the impact of her vision in fostering inclusivity and driving innovation.
