Jubilee Asset Management's third financial advisory hub in Mombasa opens

With rising potential in growing customer numbers keen on financial advisory services across the coast, Jubilee Asset Management has opened its third service centre in the region.
The new office location in Nyali, will service as a hub in the fund manager's growth trajectory in the larger Mombasa area.
In a statement, the firm said it aims at making it simpler for both individuals and businesses to access bespoke services, investment education while furthering its customer support systems.
According to Jubilee Asset Management, Mombasa combines vibrant trade infrastructure with rich tourism potential, contributing approximately 4.9 percent to Kenya’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
The county is also home to nearly 1.5 million people and its projected to reach a 3.2 million population by 2040, according to Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS).
Speaking during the official launch, Jubilee Asset Management Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Dominic Kiarie, said that with the right financial structures and guidance, Mombasa is wellpositioned to diversify into other high-impact sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and agriculture.
“We want to be a catalyst and a key enabler in unlocking this next phase of the region’s economic growth.” Said Mr. Kiarie.
He added that as Jubilee Asset Management (JAML) continues to grow its physical footprint, the company is also focused on making it easier to invest from anywhere in Kenya through the JAMHub digital self-service customer portal, which was launched in November 2024.
The portal enables investors to open and manage investment accounts for the Jubilee Money Market Fund, both in KES & USD and the Jubilee Fixed Income Fund (KES) conveniently and digitally.
Over the last three years, Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML) has experienced strong growth with Assets Under Management (AUM). The company manages over KES17 billion in Assets Under Management for retail investment funds and in excess of KES195 billion in Institutional Funds, bringing its total Assets Under Management to a record KES212 billion.
This solidifies Jubilee Asset Management’s position as a leading Asset Manager, committed to empowering investors with high-performing financial solutions.
The opening of this Financial Advisory Centre in Nyali, Mombasa follows two advisory centers in Nairobi at the Jubilee Exchange Building in the Central Business District (CBD) and a second location at The Chancery building, which was launched in June 2024.
