Jubilee Life Insurance has launched JForce, an innovative digital platform set to transform insurance distribution by enabling intermediaries to efficiently onboard and serve customers end-to-end. 

The platform consolidates lead generation, instant policy issuance, and real-time commission tracking into one interface. 

Intermediaries can now produce life cover quotes, capture customer details, issue policies on the spot, track leads and follow-ups, and access commission statements all from a mobile phone or web portal.

According to the Association of Kenya Insurers’ 2023 Insurance Industry Market Report, life insurance penetration in Kenya stood at 1.3 percent of GDP, with sector premiums growing by 12 percent year-on-year. 

Growth is being fueled by younger, more digitally engaged consumers, particularly in urban centers, who are showing increased interest in term life products. 

However, distribution gaps remain, with over 80 percent of the working-age population still uninsured.

By digitizing core intermediary functions, JForce addresses three persistent challenges in the sector including slow policy issuance, limited product reach in remote markets, and lack of real-time performance visibility for agents.
